This policy explains what information the Teniosoft website collects, how it is used, when service providers receive it, and the choices available to you.

This policy applies to information handled through the public Teniosoft website at teniosoft.com. It does not describe the privacy practices of customer systems or third-party websites that may be linked from this site.
Information we collect
Information you submit
When you use the contact form, Teniosoft receives your name, email address, optional company name, and the message you choose to send.
Technical and operational information
Like most websites, the Teniosoft server records limited request information needed to deliver and protect the site. Logs may include your IP address, request date and time, requested page or endpoint, response status, referring page, and browser or user-agent information.
First-party engagement measurement
To separate likely human interest from automated scanning, a Teniosoft-hosted script records an engagement event only after a public page remains visible for at least three seconds and receives a trusted pointer, keyboard, touch, wheel, or scroll interaction. It may record the page, a reduced referral source, approved campaign parameters, meaningful Teniosoft link clicks, and successful contact delivery.
The conversion log does not store your raw IP address, browser string, contact-form fields, or message. Instead, connection information is transformed into a pseudonymous visitor key that changes each day. The signal indicates likely human interaction but is not used to identify a person.
How we use information

- Detect abuse, enforce rate limits, and investigate delivery failures.

Teniosoft does not sell or rent personal information and does not use contact-form information for third-party advertising.
Sharing and service providers
Contact-form messages are delivered to Teniosoft through Microsoft Graph and Microsoft 365. Microsoft processes the message as an email-service provider. The contact application does not maintain a separate database of form submissions; the delivered message is retained in the receiving Teniosoft mailbox.
Teniosoft may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Contact inquiries may be retained as needed to respond, manage a potential or ongoing business relationship, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal or security obligations. Retention may vary when information is needed to resolve a dispute, investigate abuse, or comply with a legal requirement.
Web-server and first-party engagement logs are generally rotated weekly with four rotations retained. Operational exceptions may apply, and aggregate traffic and conversion reports may be kept longer because they are used to understand website performance and do not include contact-form fields or message content.
Cookies and tracking
The Teniosoft public website does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, marketing cookies, browser fingerprinting, local storage, or session storage. Traffic and conversion reporting comes from Teniosoft’s own server logs and cookie-free first-party engagement script. If these practices change, this policy will be updated.
Security
Teniosoft uses HTTPS, server-side validation, restricted backend services, and access controls intended to protect website submissions. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, but Teniosoft works to use safeguards appropriate to the information involved.
Your choices
You may ask Teniosoft to review, correct, or delete personal information associated with a website inquiry, subject to legal and legitimate recordkeeping requirements.
To make a privacy request without publishing a private email address, use the Teniosoft contact form and begin your message with “Privacy request.”
Changes to this policy
Teniosoft may update this policy as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
